Nara - Japan pt. 4

Our next day trip was to Nara, which I had also previously visited in 2010. Nara is known for it's deer park where the deer roam free, but generally hang around the tourists who will offer to feed them biscuits or other foods.

Back in 2010, we visited Todai-Ji temple which houses perhaps the largest Buddha statue. My brother had also visited Nara during his travels and knew he wanted to take our parents to see it. In fact Todai-Ji temple was the only place that we paid for entry to see.
